Saganaki
A Lithino classic. Golden pan-fried Greek cheese, crispy on the outside and beautifully melted within. The perfect start to your evening at our taverna near the Kos Marina.

Zucchini Balls
Handmade from fresh courgette, herbs, and feta - lightly fried and served warm. A beloved traditional Greek meze you won't find on every menu in Kos.

Dolmades
Tender vine leaves hand-rolled and filled with seasoned rice, herbs, and a touch of lemon. Made from scratch daily, the way they should be.

Feta Saganaki
Creamy Greek feta wrapped in crispy pastry and pan-fried to golden perfection. A rich, satisfying starter that pairs beautifully with a glass of local wine.

Meatballs (Keftedes)
Traditional Greek keftedes - juicy, herb-spiced minced meat, pan-fried and served with a light tomato sauce. A staple of authentic Greek home cooking.

🍖 Main Courses

Moussaka
Chef Robert's signature dish. Layers of slow-cooked minced meat, roasted aubergine, and creamy béchamel, baked until golden. A true taste of traditional Greek cuisine - made entirely from scratch every day.

Slow-Roasted Lamb
Tender Greek-style lamb, slow-roasted with herbs, lemon, and our family's own oregano harvested fresh from our Grandfather's farm in Kos. Rich, fragrant, and deeply satisfying.

Gyros
Juicy, seasoned meat carved fresh and served with warm pita, tzatziki, and crisp vegetables. Our homemade version of Greece's most iconic street food - elevated with quality ingredients.

Grilled Snapper
Fresh whole snapper, hand-selected by Chef Robert every morning at the market. Grilled simply with olive oil, lemon, and herbs - the way fresh fish deserves to be cooked.

Beef (Chef's Preparation)
Premium beef, selected daily and prepared to Chef Robert's exacting standard. Ask your server about today's preparation - it changes with what the market offers best.

Greek Salad (Horiatiki)
The real thing. Ripe tomatoes, crisp cucumbers, Kalamata olives, red onion, green pepper, and a generous slab of feta - dressed with our own family-made olive oil. Simple, fresh, and perfect alongside any main course.

🍝 Pastas & European Dishes

Ravioli
Homemade ravioli with a rich, slow-cooked filling - a taste of European comfort done with the same care and quality as everything else that comes out of our kitchen.

Bolognese
A hearty, slow-simmered meat sauce over fresh pasta. Chef Robert's take on a European classic - made from scratch with premium beef and a rich tomato base.

Cheesecake
Creamy, indulgent, and made in-house. A smooth, velvety cheesecake to finish your evening at Lithino on a sweet note.

Baklava
Maria Andreas's legendary handmade Baklava - layers of crispy filo pastry, honey, and chopped nuts, made fresh in our kitchen. It has become a Kos tradition in its own right. Don't leave without trying it.

Reserving a table beforehand means less waiting. Groups of 8 or more must reserve ahead of time.
